Rsvp date should be about 3ish weeks before the wedding depending on when you need numbers. Our caterer needs final s 2 weeks in advance so i am giving myself about 3 weeks so i have time to call if there s anyone who doesn t return their rsvp card. Invites go out 6 8 weeks before the wedding so your mail date would be somewhere in the first half of july. Set the deadline to rsvp at 3 weeks before the big day.

So for august 28 rsvp date would be around august 7 give or take a week. Six to eight weeks in advance is an acceptable amount of time to send out wedding invitations.
